📬 How to Report Another User or Vendor

If you notice a suspicious listing, abusive behavior, or something that doesn’t belong on Resourcerer — we want to hear about it. Reports help us keep the marketplace safe, fair, and fun for everyone. 🚩 What Can You Report? You can report: - Inappropriate or abusive messages - Listings that are misleading, fake, or violate our rules - Vendors behaving unethically or trying to sell outside Resourcerer - Suspicious account activity or potential scams 🛡️ How to Report a Problem ✅ Option 1: Report Through the Platform If you're logged in: 1. Go to the listing or user profile you want to report 2. Click the “Report” button (usually found near the product or contact options) 3. Fill in the reason and submit your report — our team will take it from there 💬 Option 2: Report via Chat or Email If you'd prefer to contact us directly: - Open the in-app support chat - Or email 📬 support@resourcerer.eu - Use the subject: (report-user) - Include: - The username or vendor name - A link to the listing or conversation - Screenshots or context if possible 🔍 What Happens Next? - Our team reviews every report carefully - If a violation is confirmed, we may warn, suspend, or remove the user or listing - You won’t always receive a follow-up (for privacy reasons), but your report will be reviewed Thanks for helping us protect the Realm. 📦 Reporting a Problem With an Order

We want every order on Resourcerer to arrive safely and as expected. If something went wrong — whether your order didn’t show up, arrived damaged, or was incorrect — this guide will help you take the right steps to get it resolved. 🚨 Common Issues You Can Report - Your order hasn’t arrived - You received the wrong card - The card was damaged in transit - The vendor hasn’t shipped the item - The vendor isn’t responding 🧭 Before You Contact Support Before reaching out to us directly, please make sure you’ve: 1. Contacted the vendor via the platform 2. Checked the tracking info for possible shipping delays 3. Contacted the shipping provider or insurance (if applicable) 4. Spoken to your bank or card issuer in case of non-delivery (many offer buyer protection) If you’ve tried all of the above and still need help, we’re here for you. How to Report a Problem ✅ Option 1: Through Your Account 1. Log in to your account 2. Go to “My Orders” 3. Open the order and click on “Order Details” 4. Click “Talk to Vendor” to send a message directly 5. If the vendor doesn’t respond in a span of 7 days or can’t resolve the issue, continue to the next option 💬 Option 2: Contact Support If the vendor was unable to help, you can contact us directly: 📬 support@resourcerer.eu Please include the following: - Use the following subject format. Note, this is very important as we use a lot of automation for getting info regarding your order!: (order-issue) #12345 - Or clearly state your order number in the message body - Give us as much information as possible regarding the issues you're having. Photo's, tracker URL's, etc, help! 🔍 What Happens Next? - Our support team will review your report and investigate if needed - We may contact the vendor for additional context - If the issue is confirmed, we’ll make sure the situation is resolved fairly for both parties 🧙 Help Us Help You The more information you can provide — like photos, tracking links, or a clear timeline — the faster we can assist you. 💬 Dispute Process Explained

While most orders on Resourcerer go smoothly, disputes can occasionally happen. If a buyer and vendor disagree about an order, we step in to make sure things are handled fairly — for both sides. This guide explains how our dispute process works and what you can expect. 🔒 How Resourcerer Handles Funds - When an order is placed, the buyer’s payment is held securely - Funds are only released to the vendor once the order is marked as “Delivered” or “Completed” - This ensures vendors don’t get paid until the buyer confirms the order is received (or enough time has passed) 📬 For Buyers: What to Know If something goes wrong — like your item never arrives, is incorrect, or damaged — please: 1. Contact the vendor directly via “Talk to Vendor” in your order details 2. If you’re unable to resolve it, email us at 📬 support@resourcerer.eu with the subject: (order-issue) #12345 🧾 When Can a Refund Be Issued? We may offer a refund only if the order is still open and funds have not yet been released. ⚠️ Once an order is marked as Completed, we can no longer issue a refund — the vendor may have already received the payout. 📦 What About Shipping Costs? If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit: - Resourcerer is not responsible for shipping mishandling by the courier - Refunds for shipping issues must be handled between the sender (vendor) and the shipping provider We always recommend using tracked and insured shipping, especially for higher-value cards. This protects both buyers and vendors. 🏪 For Vendors: What If the Buyer Is Not Being Fair? If you believe a buyer is being dishonest or attempting to exploit the system, we’ve got your back. Please: - Respond clearly in the order chat with all available info (e.g., tracking, packaging photos) - Include any relevant screenshots if you escalate the case to us We will never penalize vendors unfairly. If the tracking confirms delivery, or if there’s clear abuse or miscommunication, we’ll take that into account when resolving the dispute. 🧙 How We Decide In cases where Resourcerer steps in, we consider: - Message history between buyer and vendor - Tracking info, shipping details, and timestamps - Proof of damage or incorrect delivery (if provided) - Prior history of disputes on either account Our goal is to keep the Realm fair and balanced — for both buyers and vendors.
