🐞 How to Report a Bug on Resourcerer

At Resourcerer, we strive to make your card-trading experience smooth and magical. If you stumble upon something that doesn't work as expected — like a bug — we're here to fix it, fast.

Here’s how to report a bug so our support wizards can zap it away.


📨 Step 1: Email Us

Send an email to:

Important: Include the word (bug) in the subject line without spaces between the brackets.

Example subject:

(bug) Unable to convert account from buyer to vendor

📝 Step 2: Include the Following in Your Report

1. Clear Description of the Problem

Tell us exactly what’s going wrong.

Example: “I tried to upgrade my buyer account to a vendor profile but nothing happens after I submit the form.”

2. Steps to Reproduce the Bug

List the actions you took before encountering the issue.

Example:

  1. Logged into my Resourcerer account

  2. Clicked on "Become a Vendor" in the menu

  3. Filled in the required fields and clicked "Submit"

  4. Page reloads but no confirmation or error appears

3. Expected Behavior

Tell us what you thought should happen.

Example: “I expected to see a confirmation message or be redirected to my vendor dashboard.”

4. Screenshots or Screen Recording (if possible)

Visuals help us understand the issue more quickly and accurately.

5. Browser and Device Info

Example: “Using Chrome on macOS” or “Safari on iPhone 14 Pro”
