⚠️ Important: This process is designed to be secure, user-verified, and irreversible after a short grace period. Once you request deletion, your account will be flagged and scheduled for permanent removal.
📨 How to Request Deletion
To request deletion:

Make sure you’re sending the email from the same address linked to your Resourcerer account.
🔐 Security & Verification
For your protection, we only accept deletion requests from:

The email address linked to your Resourcerer account

Or via the in-app support chat when logged in
Requests from unverified sources will be ignored.
🧹 What Happens Next?
Once your request is received:

Your account is flagged for deletion with a 7-day grace period

All personal data, listings, and order history will be scheduled for removal

You will be logged out and access to your account will be restricted

After 7 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
⏳ Can You Cancel?
Yes — but only during the 7-day grace period.
To cancel your deletion request:

We will immediately cancel the deletion and restore full access to your account.
